Why Does Hotel Murano Hate Tacoma?
Hotel Murano, however, is a big fan of the "Tacoma Method"

Normally I like to find multiple sources while researching Tacomics but I could only find mention of Hotel Murano's despicable spooky action at a distance on the Exit 133 blog which is surprising since I always suspected exit 133 to be a giant tool for the Hotel Murano (suppose the vicious egg sucking capitalist fat cats finally crossed a line, or maybe the perks were cut off who knows). One thing is for sure, The [Tacoma] News Tribune, Business Examiner, Tacoma Weekly, Weekly Volcano (if you count them as news) we're all silent as a well-digger's ass. Yet, this story plot is an ancient one: Kill your competition as a baby before it even has a chance to threaten your tyrannical monopoly. Frankly, I believe infanticide makes you look creepy and mediocre. Stay classy Hotel Murano. You scum!

by captiveyak on 7/13/2010 @ 8:48am | it might be a little early to depict the Foss site as an innocent kitty from Japan. I mean, just to play devil's advocate: Could we be trading the devil we know for the devil we don't?
(note: devil is too strong a word, but the concept required use of it.) |
by NineInchNachos on 7/13/2010 @ 9:29am | hello kitty might grow up to be an evil fatcat just like Murano, but why don't we give it a chance? Two Fatcats fighting each other is a win for 'the small people' as they say. |
by fredo on 7/13/2010 @ 9:37am | It would be so ironic if it turned out the Murano was owned by a group of Chinese investors desended from the originally expelled Tacoma chinese and the Foss site was owned by a bunch of racist old white people and RRs cartoon was instrumental in advancing their cause. |
by NineInchNachos on 7/13/2010 @ 10:11am | sorry to burst your twisted bubble fredo, Murano is owned by a Portland millionaire with a hankering for deeply discounted bi-centennial pavilion properties (also has a knack for using union goons as corporate hatchet men... but that's more your territory). Will city give away the Bicentennial Pavilion? |
by The Jinxmedic on 7/13/2010 @ 11:22am | Hmmm... Two fat cats fighting it out. Would that make Tacoma their litter box? Ugh. |
