VOTE BOE! Kind of dry. BOE BRO! UNO BOE! ? Oh, I got it... QUID PRO BOE! Flow with Boe? Here is an easy one... MELLO HE'S OUR FELLOW! THERE'S ALWAYS ROOM FOR MELLO ? bah. Even so, this cartoon was inspired by an article I heard about in the billboard loving degenerate tabloid the Weekly Volcano written by Mr. Zack Powers. This cartoon also pays tribute to this fine cartoon strip I hope to see in a book someday. I don't always agree with the libertarian views of the crows, but their heart is in the right place... they still care about historic places being defiled by idiotic parking lots and digital billboards. What a tremendous waste of property AND free money. Meanwhile the search for a City Manager replacement goes on. Anders Ibsen?
This cartoon was designed to be made into campaign buttons too. Just cut out the faces. Was going to add in some non-photo blue circle guides but got lazy.

Ground level really should be retail if you are looking to attract people. Grand scheme of things 26 parking stalls really aren't that many new jobs, but if there was a developer that was interested in that property wouldn't they have stepped forward by now? Also, there really is only one side represented here. DaVita may draw employees from the suburbs and light rail & street parking may not be good substitutes for a parking spot where you aren't going to get tickets. + + + poetaki said on Apr. 12, 2011 at 1:20am I work in the area and until now only "thought" that there was actually going to be a parking structure, NOT 26 (26, in all that space? really?) ground level parking stalls.
