Maybe it is unfair to draw Stateswoman Pam Roach as a PIERCE COUNTY CRAZY. Though perhaps life isn't fair. Is it fair that Tacomans must bare the cost of all crazy people? After all we have a reputation of being a dumping ground for the whole of Pierce County so why can't the county/state help out? Isn't Mental Health a concern for EVERYONE?
