"Beaver Street Fisheries Inc., a Jacksonville, Fla., firm, is recalling 5- to 7-pound tuna loins because they may be contaminated with elevated levels of histamine, which can produce an allergic reaction called scombroid poisoning when the fish is consumed, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced."
I used to love mackerel sushi, but it scares me now because mercury contamination in mackerel is so out of control.
