Will Ocryx and Joe find their father in time? Where is he, anyways? And more importantly, who is he?

Heh. Don't mess with Liam Neeson!

Fortunately, "Krakthulu" is a pleasant enough fellow.

At least someone does. I mean really, if it doesn't have digital billboards in it it doesn't seem to interest too many people...

the people prefer cartoons relevant to their life struggle... cartoonists who take vacations during the most critical campaign months... when minds are being made up... should go back to England and lick the kings feet.

Hmph.

Putting out a 4-6 panel weekly strip with teaser panels in between the regular posting dates is not exactly a vacation- it is a diversion which actually requires more work than the usual local commentary pieces.

As you well know, O&J are quite adept at jump-starting community conversation on certain topics, they are just not that into dead-horse beating, don't you know. Sometimes, they just want to be crows and do crow things; flying around looking for shiny things, or for something dead to eat. Thank goodness, we have the Tacomic to provide a constant weekly moral compass and voting guide for Tacoma's progr3ssive peoples. Keep up the good work, and I'll see you on the other side.

i like the break in billboard bashing, it gives me time to think about the hunger issue in america...if WE all eat everyday, why not socialize basic food industries instead of the money-grab subsidy system?

heh. Highlighting the Kraken exploitation labor struggle has merit too. Let the gods do their own dirty work for a change. SOLIDARITY!

A member of the Kraken Kollective, perhaps?

I know you are just trying to distract us from the coming crow revolution:

You weren't supposed to have seen that release...

If that had happened in Seattle, the crows would have been tased and had the "avian piss" stomped out of them.

...interestingly enough, I greatly appreciate that the crows (who were created by the Jinx) mistake Zeus for their father.

And it's not over yet, either.

Nice...I like that the Kraken has a K on his head...Is that so we know he's the Kraken and not Cthulhu?

Krakthulu.

(The "K" is actually a nod to "Red Dwarf".)
