Just like the old EAGLES LODGE that fell down due to neglect.... ONLY IN DOWNTOWN TACOMA!

I guess I should have put Burnham in there too, but you know, three's a crowd...

Inaction by Glintz and pals results in destruction of more local history. The owners will have to pay more on the demolition than they would have lost on the sale to the best (refused) offer willing to rennovate.

But wait - that means- "Coming soon to a newly expanded parking lot near you....

...nothing."

this caliber of apathy takes a village

Time is getting very short- will a last-minute miracle save this architectural gem, or is it all over on Wednesday? Will Tacoma ever get its historical preservation act together so that there are more "hits" than "misses"? Where's all that "stimulus money", anyhow? Trillions of dollars, and we can't slide a measley $600K to the Luzon? What would Ocryx and Joe say?

With Ocryx and Joe this no doubt would be "caws for alarm".
