I havent read Ghostworld but I do like Robert Crumb and all the old underground comics. The Crumb style still shows through even though I havn't looked at his stuff recently I made the buildings semi-real looking in Photoshop to balance the photo. I will be experementing with lots of Photoshop work. RR, I was watching Blade Runner when I was drawing the city. Good call. It wasn't untill the design was finished in the drawing stage that I remembered RR's stand against the billboards of Tacoma. I went with it anyway. We were very sick in the last few days and this was the only joke we could come up with for Fridays strip. BTW what are the best 2 days of the week to post cartoons? I have been trying for Mondays and Fridays. Does it matter? Let me know. |

If you added a text title underneath the comic it would help us know there is a new one. They are hard to keep track of with just the strip name. |

RR releases his Tacomic on Tuesday. Post just after midnight or early in the morning to ride the Feed cyclewave. Yep. Monday, Wednesday or Thursdays would be the best. |

by Thorax O'Tool on 2/12/2011 @ 12:50am | When I manage to do it, Friday tends to be my day of choice for Fail Whale.... but use it anyway. I'm afraid I'm not super-consistent. Speak of, do you have a stash of these things lying around? Making 2 a week is a bit of work. |
